How do we ensure our prices are competitive?

We have a dedicated team that compares our prices to those of competitors on a regular basis. If we find a product we stock at a lower price, we will match it to ours at strikingolf.com. Therefore, you are guaranteed the lowest prices you will find on the market.

How do we carry out price comparison?

Our price comparison process starts with ensuring that the item is available through a competitor with a national presence. We will ascertain the product is of the same model, make, size and color in addition to having the same terms and conditions of sale as what we offer.

What will you do if you find a lower price elsewhere?

If you come across an identical product within 90 days of purchasing from us, we'll refund 110% of the price difference back to you!

Terms & conditions

We have a 90 day 110% price match guarantee running on all of our purchased items. You must purchase the item from our store and the payment needs to be authorized before you request a price match.

The competitor in question must be an authorized online retailer of the brand with a MAP policy in place. The competitor’s online store must be from the United States and may not have a retail location. The seller cannot be a discounter, warehouse club, auction website or market themselves as a discount retailer (Overstock, eBay, Costco, Craigslist, etc…)

If the competitor is not following the MAP policy, then your order will be ineligible for a price match.

The competitor’s offer must contain the same US manufacturer’s warranty, model number and same components as the item you purchased from our store.
Items that are out of stock are ineligible for price matching. The items must be in stock on the competitor’s inventory. We also need to verify the product is in stock and the price of the competitor before giving you a partial refund if you’re eligible.

The prices have to be publicly available to all customers. Additionally we will not match promotions such as buy one get one free offers and rebates & Seasonal and Holiday promotions, coupons, temporary pricing errors, closeout sales and clearance sales.

All after-order adjustments will be excluded. We will solely price match the price of our offer and the price of our competitor’s offer taking into regard them having the same terms and conditions of sale as what we offer.

Excluded Brands

We have the right to refuse your price match request if this leads to a loss on the sale. We can’t go near or below our wholesale cost for the product after a price match deduction. This leads to a few excluded brands who are not possible for price matching because the chance of incurring a loss on the sale is very high.

Product Quality Guarantee

We guarantee our customers that they will receive the correct order and in perfect condition. StrikinGolf will fix and/or replace the product free of charge or refund the whole amount if a product you ordered is damaged.
